Client auto rate still applies per customer: per mile, FSC, pallet, detention, handling. An LTL dispatch can carry more than one billed customer. Each one keeps its paper and its check calls.

The dispatch dashboard still answers the same questions: dispatched, complete, overdue. Driver availability and truck location stay visible.
