Freight CRM

Sell freight in the same system that hauls it.

EXSPEEDITE CRM is the front door to the clients dispatch already knows. Lead, prospect, client, first load. No second database. No retyped bill-to when the deal closes.

Glass office overlooking a freight yard

Sales home

What to do now, next to live TMS money.

Callbacks, RFQs, unread Sales Inbox, open lane deals. Late loads and detention sit on the same morning screen as the book.

Lead

New name. Typed in, CSV import, RFQ, ZoomInfo list, or Pipedrive when that import is on.

Prospect

Assigned. Calls, quotes, sequences, calendar follow-ups. Lane deals and a color board.

Client

Sold promotes the record. Add Shipment from the activity. Credit-aware. Same client billing uses.

Freight floor

The desk

Queues that drive freight revenue.

Deals Kanban Board

Visual stage progression: Lead, Prospect, Quoted, Contract, Active. Values calculate on projected weekly freight volume.

RFQ Quoting Engine

Quote spot freight and multi-lane shipper bids with historical lane pricing, fuel index, and PC*Miler distances. Won bids bind to dispatch tariffs.

Dormant Shipper Radar

Accounts quiet for 14, 30, or 60 days flag in amber. Re-engage shippers before freight walks to competing brokers.

No first load & Ship/Cons

Identify closed clients who haven't tendered their first load, plus warm shipper and consignee facilities that are not bill-tos yet.

Connections sales turns on

MailChimp, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, Outlook.

Each one is a company setting. If the keys are not in, the page says so. Daily freight work stays in EXSPEEDITE.

MailChimp

Push the bill-to book, pick an EXSPEEDITE letter, create a draft campaign. Send stays in MailChimp.

ZoomInfo

Search, match first, then pull or push a list. Opportunity Intelligence on the account. CSV import still exists for any list.

DocuSign

Make a rate on a lane deal, then print, email, or send for signature. Signed PDF lands as a Contract.

Outlook

Connect Microsoft 365 from Sales Inbox. Customer replies show when reply capture is wired. Not a full mailbox clone.

Managers get the book, not a hallway chat

Assign clients, Transfer, Unassign, Unassigned pool, book history. Manager reports cover ownership, touch discipline, quote to haul, dormant, book versus hauled, and credit heat. Sales Insights charts hauled freight from the TMS. Scoreboard and goals sit next to the funnel.

Master switch is CMS in Settings. Restricted salespeople see My book. Managers can look at a team or one rep. Multi-office filters match List Shipments.

A more than Excellent Product as it helps Promote my Laziness..(this is a good thing.) It’s been, and I’m Sure going forward it’ll be the one single Best thing that i can and could do to Streamline and Simplify my small Operation.
